This is a movie trailer for the romantic film 'The Notebook'. It is clear from watching this trailer that the genre is romance because of conventions which we can see, for example, the boy meets the girl, there is also soft lighting and passionate colours worn by the female characters. The red lipstick especially emphasises the genre as it is a visual code for sexual liaisons.
